Meditation class / circle (6 part series)

In this 6-part Meditation class Natalie will introduce you to the world of meditation or expand on it, depending on your level of experience.

If you are new to meditating you may have heard about meditation and the various schools that outline the “right way” to meditate. In this series, asn especially the first class, we will discuss the multiple definitions of meditation that have come about and we will learn about the basic concepts underlying any mediation practice.

You will learn about and begin to practice some of the key components of any meditation, ranging from breathing to postures. We will also focus on how you can best receive the multiple benefits of mediation in your daily life.

In each following meeting we will share our experiences from the previous week and engage in a guided meditation. This is also followed by a conversation of what participants experienced during the meditation.

This workshops series will help you not only meditate in a group but also to begin the path of incorporating mediation into you life so you can be more relaxed and reap the benefits of meditation every day.
